I have been to The View Marbella's sales office and stood on the site itself, and I have walked Marbella's old town and promenade with clients many times over the years, so I can tell you honestly how this location works day to day, not only how it photographs.

The home
First-floor apartment, reference V2-614, block 6, Phase 3. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, 128.20 m² of interior space and a 38.30 m² terrace, 166.50 m² in total, with one parking space and one storage room. The homes are designed to face the sea; confirm the outlook of this apartment against its floor plan and position on site.

As listed by the developer for Phases II and III:

Phases and completion
- Phase 1: completed and occupied.
- Phases II and III: 58 new residences under construction, with handover scheduled from the first quarter of 2027, staggered by block. Confirm the date for the apartment you choose.
- Finished apartments in the earlier phases are available for immediate occupation, so you can also buy something completed now.

Reservation and payment
A reservation is held with a €20,000 deposit. The payment plan is then staged: 30% on signing the private purchase contract, less the deposit already paid; 20% six months later; 10% nine months after that; and 40% on completion. Each stage is subject to 10% VAT.

For golf, La Quinta Golf & Country Club — 27 holes designed by Manuel Piñero — is the closest of the Golf Valley courses, and Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas are all nearby. For walking, the mountains behind Marbella, La Concha and Sierra Blanca, and the trails around Benahavís and the Sierra de las Nieves. On the coast, the Marbella promenade, the old town's orange-tree squares and Puerto Banús.
