Electricity comes from a transformer located on the property. There is permission to extract approximately 18,000 m³ of water per year from the River Velerin. This water is taken to a reservoir via an old Roman aqueduct from a higher point of the property. There is also a legalized well on the property, but it is not used because the other water system does not require electricity consumption.

On the property there are wild boars, partridge, and other birds have been seen.
