We have several villa designs of villa to choose from and we work with the architect and client to ensure that all requirements are met. It is possible to create and design your own villa, including larger rooms or windows, adding bathrooms, utility rooms, double patio doors, underfloor heating, and more.

The build time is approximately 12-14 months. This allows time for the design of the villa, obtaining the necessary building permits from the local council, and for the build itself. You will not be expected to pay anything until you have chosen the plot and design of the villa and everything has been agreed with a specifications list. Once the design has been agreed, the architect will proceed with the project, which is then presented to the local council for approval and subsequently issuance of the building permit. Each stage of the build is paid in certifications through stage payments (for example structure and roof, then brickwork and walls, then rendering and finishing).

Although an off-plan villa takes longer than purchasing a resale villa, the end result is well worth the wait: the finished villa positioned on your chosen plot, with the kitchen and bathrooms designed to your taste and specification.

3 and 4 bed villas can be built on various size plots with an 8 x 4 swimming pool, with prices starting at 295,000 euros.
