Description: There are 7 rural houses distributed in four independent buildings of a single floor. These 4 buildings were old houses from the 1960s, restored with great care and converted: 3 of them into 6 houses for rural tourism accommodation, and one into a single-family home. The three rural accommodation buildings follow the same layout. Each building houses two independent houses: one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom. The rural accommodation houses are divided into three houses with two double bedrooms en suite (private bathroom in each room) and three other houses with one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All of them have their own perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a private porch.

Bioclimatic design, respecting the traditional construction style of this area of Andalusia. The insulation of these rural houses is made of hemp and hydraulic lime in a chamber between the old interior walls and slate walls from the Filabres mountain range, which are the exterior walls. The porches have been finished with wooden beams. Heating is provided by a modern thermosolar system, supported by biomass (olive stone) burning in a boiler. Hot water for consumption and sanitary use is obtained through solar energy installed on the roofs of the houses.

The gardens are populated with native species, together with pines that provide shade, olive trees, and small ecological gardens. One of the buildings (the single-family house) has a vertical garden. There is an area with a summer kitchen with BBQ, a bar, and tables for the use of customers.

Natural swimming pool (220 m2) created on an old water deposit. The water used is recycled for watering the gardens. Next to the pool there is a large solarium and a shaded porch. Warehouses in wooden constructions house the laundry, storage, and wood for the fireplaces. This property is easily accessible from the National 340 road.
