The first floor is the main living area for the owners and has a spacious lounge/diner, a fitted kitchen with pantry, two good size bedrooms both fitted with en suite bathrooms.

On the second floor, there is a spacious lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and two sun terraces where you can admire all the mountains and desert views around you. A place to sit and relax.

House 2 has two apartments on one level which are separate to the main house and they comprise of: Apartment 1 is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and dining area, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Apartment 2 is also open plan and has a lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartments are always fully booked and prices are from 35-50 euros per apartment per night. It is only a 30 minute drive to Almeria airport, Almeria City, bus and train station. A 35 minute drive to many different beaches, a couple of hours to Granada, and 15 minutes drive to The Almeria circuit, the warmest, driest race circuit in Europe.
