Finca/Country House for sale in Pollensa / Pollença, Mallorca

This country villa for sale in Pollensa brings a private vineyard and far-reaching scenery to a 14,800m² countryside plot. Views extend towards Pollensa Bay, Formentor, the Tramuntana mountains and Puig de Maria, giving the house a strong connection to its northern Mallorcan setting.

The 565m² property has four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an open-plan living layout. Stone façades and traditional shutters sit alongside central air conditioning and underfloor heating. Lift access to every floor adds everyday convenience.

Covered terraces offer shade for leisurely lunches, while sunny terraces, landscaped gardens and a private swimming pool provide space to spend the day outdoors.

Pollensa’s historic centre, golf course and the coast at Puerto Pollensa offer a varied backdrop to country life.

Pollensa is the most charming town in the north of the island. Little shops and galleries draw you into their spell while you wander around town. After having seen the impressive Calvario Steps, the town’s most famous Café Bar Español invites you for a drink to watch the world go by on the main square.
