Also, this property has the protection of the C.R.A.C. security system, recently upgraded with multiple key codes to enable you to see on the App who is entering or leaving the apartment with instant notifications on your mobile, this is handy if you have several key holders as each will have their own unique code to arm or disarm, so the App will help you keep track of all key holders movements.

Its close enough to walk to the lively Fuenta Commercial Centre thats a 8 minute or a 2 minute drive where there are many bars, restaurants, cafes shops, bank, Aldi and just up from there is a large Chinese Super Store/Supermarket together with live entertainment on most nights, yet its far enough away from the Apartment that you will not be disturbed once inside the Apartment. The beach is just a 7-minute drive away to Caboi Roig or another 5 minutes from there to La Zenia Beach.

This quiet location means when you want to sleep the only noises you will hear will be the air-con unit or the crickets soothing you to sleep. No more rowdy drinkers or noisy bars to disturb you as this apartment block sits in the middle of a beautiful golf course, so no matter if you play golf or not, this is a very sought-after location.

Breakfast on the large terrace/balcony is very private and looks directly into the south, it is quite the ideal suntrap to sunbathe in, or have a private barbecue.

I had priced it slightly below market price for a quick sale back in 2024, but prices are rising here all the time in Spain, hence the price now being different to last year.
