Entering the house, you find a high hall made of stone and wood, where a warm and welcoming atmosphere is created. From there, you can see the rooms on the ground floor. On the left, following the wooden and wrought-iron staircase, you reach the rest of the rooms on the upper floor, with its majestic solid-wood ceiling. The upper floor features a large open-plan living room with a fireplace. One side includes an office area facing the street, while the other side is the living area, with views of the fields and distant mountains. On this floor there is a master bedroom with the same views, a large bathroom, and a dressing room.

Going down from the hall, on the right there is a bedroom with a full bathroom, and on the left another large living room with a dining area, fireplace, and a modern kitchen that maintains its rustic appearance and includes an antique oven.

Heading toward the terrace, you find the pantry with a 100 L capacity electric water heater, and a nice cellar next to it.

The house has 2 large terraces equipped with a conventional oven, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Attached to the house, there is a laundry room with a storage room where the large boiler that produces hot water for heating the entire house is located.

Going down to the lower terrace, you will find the stone wall with the waterfall and a lovely garden (it would be possible to install a swimming pool there), with rose bushes and lily pots with automatic irrigation installed, as well as a bungalow with a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a pump room and an underground tank with 10,000 L of rainwater for irrigation.

From the stone walkway, you enter the countryside toward two plots for agricultural use, currently with fruit trees and about 15 almond trees, which are sold together with the house.
