The building is laid out over 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a spectacular space where we find the cider house (sidrería), with a very large L-shaped lounge featuring natural light that can accommodate up to 120 diners.

From here, you can access a magnificent terrace on the banks of the Irati, where you can enjoy the surroundings on summer nights and midday lunches.

On the first floor, we discover the machinery of the former mill that transformed the power of the water into mechanical energy, as well as the reception area, the bar with a dining room for 40 diners, and the large, highly functional kitchen, with everything needed to serve the different areas of the establishment. There is independent access to the various dining rooms; the pantry, refrigerators, dumbwaiters, and the grill area with grills.

From this floor, we access the different leisure areas and the parking area.

From the bar dining room, bordering the machinery, we reach the upper part of the mill. Under the wooden beams of the spacious mezzanine (entre-cubierta), we find a cozy lounge with a fireplace, with capacity for 70 diners, from where we can go out to two spectacular terraces with impressive views.

It has access by road to the entrance with private parking, as well as several plots for hosting different events.
