The farm has 255 manzanillo olive trees with drip irrigation, supplied by a well built and legalized in 2018 with a depth of 30 m, 15 m of static level, and 1.5 m in diameter.

It is a charming house with very high ceilings, built in 2007 in tropical wood. Its interior, behind the insulation, is covered with white plasterboard. It has a fireplace and two “sweets”.

Life centers around a large central living room of 64 m² with windows to the outside and a 26 m² terrace.

On the north side is the kitchen, open to the living room.

The rooms are arranged: 2 bedrooms on the lower part, each with an independent bathroom, and 2 bedrooms on the upper part, with a bathroom.

On the west side there is a large area separated into three parts: 1) Library, 2) Workshop, 3) Headframe, with beautiful views of the valley. They are separated by wooden and glass partitions.

There are two storage buildings: one next to the pool with the two engines and used as a warehouse, and another in the garden for tools and the water softener.

In 2022, 14 solar panels were installed to self-supply electricity for the farm.
