Finca with a total area of 25.600 m2, located about 9 kilometers from the village of Maella. There are olive trees in full production and the land is completely surrounded by hills with pine trees. There are two masses, 100 meters apart. The mas where the roof is still on has an area of 30 m2. The walls of this mas are in good condition. The other mas has an area of 38 m2. Both buildings are located on a higher point of the finca and therefore have great views. The finca is located at the end of the track, so there is lots of privacy. Furthermore, the finca is easily accessible and the river Algars is only two kilometers away.

Our office is situated in Maella (Calle Santa Barbara 20), which is surrounded by small villages. Each one of them has their historic centre and their shops, restaurants, bars, events and markets.

The larger cities are located at the following distances: Gandesa (34 km), Alcaniz (49 km), Tarragona (112 km), Lleida (114 km), Zaragoza (130 km), Castelló (191 km) and Barcelona (190 km).

The roads are in good condition and the two main motorways leading to each city of Spain are 80 kilometres away from Maella. There are also good train and bus connections to and from the larger cities.
