Note on planning status:
The Golf Costa Brava residential development (Santa Cristina d'Aro) is currently subject to a municipal moratorium on the granting of building permits. Although the new urban planning regulations were approved in January 2026, the issuance of new permits is currently conditional upon the prior acceptance/taking-over of the development by the Town Council. It is unknown how long this will take to be resolved and it may extend for several years. Consequently, it is not possible to obtain a building permit immediately. This exceptional circumstance has already been reflected in the current price of the land, making it an excellent long-term investment opportunity with strong potential for appreciation.

Santa Cristina d'Aro is a town on the Costa Brava, located in an area surrounded by oak and pine forests, where you can enjoy the tranquility of its surroundings.
