Building Plot for sale in Busot, Alicante

The only commercial plot currently for sale in Busot, in the urbanisation of Valle Dorado in the epicentre of the town and surrounded by the new build homes which will be delivered in early 2022, the demand for these homes has been intense and they only have 1 unsold property of the entire development at present.

Busot is a well connected town just 10 minutes from the coast with around 4,000 registered residents, a mix of national and international residents. National families due to its more affordable prices and a large community of foreign retirees, the vast majority of whom are year round residents.

Busot is a beautiful place to live but the residents have a great need, a key and very important service is missing, there is no supermarket, the whole population has to travel by car several times a week or daily to El Campello, Mutxamel or Carrefour to shop, which is not practical nowadays and we want to remedy this.

In the centre of the old town there are two small self-service shops. The various urbanisations of Busot are large and without any shops.

As residents of the town we have a real interest in the opening of a supermarket in Busot and the supermarket that decides to open its doors here will have a total monopoly of the market.
