You can choose villas with traditional Spanish touches or super modern finishing: bright, clean and with a choice of different legal building plots. Options include rustic plots with a minimum of 10.000 m2; some are within walking distance to town, others are totally private, and many are within 5–10 minutes by car to town. All have amazing views.

Mains water + electricity are included in the price, and high-speed internet is available.

All houses include a 2m stamped concrete terrace around the pool (colour and pattern to choose), 1m around the house, gated entrance, 3.000 m2 fencing, pre-installed ducted air conditioning, standard kitchen, security door, German tilt-and-turn windows (or sliding if preferred), a built-in fireplace and chimney, pre-installation for TV and internet, gravel driveway plus a few metres around the house, and a septic tank.

Bathrooms include a shower column, shower tray or bath, sink units (various colours to choose from) with sinks, taps and mirrors, plus a wide selection of wall tiles.

There is a wide selection of ceramic floor tiles in different colours, including wood-effect.

Kitchens include cabinets with standard doors and handles, as per plans provided, a stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for oven, dishwasher and extractor. Various granite worktops are included in the budget; other stone worktops are available as extras. White goods are not included.

Marble staircase (cream, white or grey) and railings are included, plus railings for the front porch. A large fixed glass window on the staircase provides extra light.

Pinoso is a beautiful and thriving town, approximately 45 minutes inland from Alicante and the white beaches of the Costa Blanca, and close to the Murcia/Alicante border.

With a population of just under 8,000, Pinoso (also known as El Pinos) is named after the pine trees covering the mountain ranges. It offers a Spanish rural lifestyle with hardly any traffic.

Pinoso has many bars, restaurants and shops, a new 24-hour medical centre, dentists, two primary schools and one secondary school, and a theatre. There is an excellent Sports Centre with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, football pitches and a gymnasium, a library, and other facilities including a beautiful picnic area among the pines with barbecues, seating areas and running water.
