Finca/Country House for sale in Moixent, Valencia

This farmhouse has something difficult to find in this type of property. Due to its location and topography, it offers unbeatable views, especially from the spot where the house can be restored, with the hillsides full of pine trees. The land, largely, has the shape of a valley, with the peculiarity that, from where the house is located, the views fade out while still allowing you to see mountains filled with every kind of Valencian countryside: pine trees, palm trees, rock-rose plants, and thyme.

Access to this property is completely private. At present, there is a chain with a padlock to prevent passage by anyone who does not belong to the property, which makes it a 100% private estate.

Another major asset of this property is the natural spring of water it has. Right now, this water is used for gravity irrigation of the hundreds of olive trees on the estate, producing every year a pure extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive flavor and surprising organoleptic characteristics.

There are also several plots available for planting additional crops, whether fruit trees, pistachios, olive trees, or even some cereal. In addition, this estate has an adjoining estate that we also have for sale, with around 200 hectares. If you wanted more hectares, there is the option to buy the property next door as well.

In summary, this property, with the reconstruction of a home and the care of its new owner, will make you multiply the value of this magnificent estate.
