Five correctly georeferenced, registered and cadastrally described plots are offered with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, Playa Blanca beach and Puerto del Rosario. Plots 3 and 4 of the G polygon are next to each other and are located on the top of the mountain directly above Playa Blanca and the old Parador Nacional with the white sandy beach, in front of the urbanization of the same name. All plots were deeded before a notary in 1973 and the current owners wanted to develop and build on them. Unfortunately, in the last update of the land use plan of the municipality of Puerto del Rosario they were not classified as building land, as there was no housing shortage at the time, but rather the opposite was the case after the banking crisis.

In the cadastre all five plots still appear as "urban building land", although according to the current land use master plan of the municipality of Puerto del Rosario the entire area is currently classified as "rustico", i.e. They cannot currently be built on. If they were building land today they would be worth a fortune.

This is an opportunity for an investor with an eye on the future, as the area will be developed sooner or later, as it is located in the suburbs of the capital, surrounded by urbanizations and very close to the beach, the hospital, the airport and the capital of the island.

All plots have fantastic sea views, they face south and southeast and the sandy beach is less than a five-minute walk away. Once the new bypass motorway is completed, this area will become even more valuable due to the significant reduction in traffic on the current road.
