Undeveloped Land for sale in Raspay, Yecla, Murcia

Beautiful plot of land for sale of approx 5,000 m² square metres. Access is via a track road, but the views are well worth the drive up. The plot offers great panoramic views and is within walking distance of the quiet but pretty village of Raspay. The plot is planted with mature almond and pine trees and sits on the base of the regional park.

The plot as it stands cannot be built upon as you need 20,000 m² to build in the area of Yecla. However, we have other plots that can be acquired and linked to this plot so that it can be built upon—ask for more details.

This plot is located approximately 12 mins outside the town of Pinoso and 5 mins from the village of Rasapy (walkable distance to the local bar/restaurant). No electric at the plot, but solar systems can be supplied and fitted for approx €7,000 (5000 Watt system). Water would need to be a deposit.
