Firstly, let’s explore some of this property’s history-
It is a markable building in the centre of Velez Blanco, once owned by the well-known family of Torrente Villena. They were one of the most important land owners across the region, they were given by Papal brief, the licence for an oratory in the home. It was the original base of the Franciscan Convent of San Luis Obispo. Also, one of the occupants, Francisco was also a Knight of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem.

We enter this historical building into the reception lounge and bar area. The house layout naturally leads us through to the two dining rooms with featured arched doors, all with Juliette balconies to embrace the valley views.
