Townhouse for sale in Llubí, Mallorca

LUXURIOUS TOWN HOUSE WITH pool and beautiful MOUNTAIN views RENOVATED WITH AN EYE FOR BEAUTY AND PERFECTION IN EVERY DETAIL

A gem of a home in the heart of Llubí

We chose a beautiful sunny day for the photo session and were met by the very knowledgeable contractor and the sympathetic owner. Upon arrival we immediately recognized the street, as this is a very popular area in Llubí, where a house is rarely for sale, and if there is one it sells very quickly. Why? We will tell you a little later.

What appears at first glance to be a typical village house, turned out to be a big surprise. We predict your expectations will be exceeded as soon as you walk through the beautiful rustic wooden doors. The interplay of the applied color palette with a well-thought-out layout of the living areas, gives this house a sensation of spaciousness and at the same time comfort and warmth. Also the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool fit into this spatial experience.

We noticed that this 100 year old house has been restored in such a thorough way that it looks like it has been completely rebuilt. No expense has been spared, bravo! The result is a beautiful designed home, where only the best materials, experts can confirm, have been used. It gives the house an air of luxury and refinement where ever you look.

What makes this opportunity especially desirable?
Is its tasteful, high-end, design the only reason you should consider this property in your search? No, there is another important reason why this house is special. The houses in this street are very popular because of their exquisite location. Something you would not expect by looking only at the facades. The specialness of these properties is hidden in the back, because all houses in this street tower above a beautiful valley and look out onto the rolling hills and blue mountains of the Tramuntana.

In addition to the gorgeous views en sunsets, you can enjoy with friends and family from your living room or terrace, you will have all the comforts and amenities of this charming village just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance, so your car can stay in the garage.

In short, this lovely designed gem of a home welcomes you with a warm feeling from the first moment and invites you to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. This was our experience and we are confident you will feel the same.
