Finca/Country House for sale in Caudete, Albacete

5 bed 1 bath country house in Caudete. Lovely off-grid renovation project.

This stone built house sits in a quiet area, with amazing views across the valley. It is in good structural condition, but needs to be made into a home. The house includes over 15,000 m² of land, with up to 300,000 m² available with this house (the land is negotiable with the house, as there are multiple plots, all currently farmed for you).

There is a large garage, sufficient for multiple cars and tractors, and there is also a courtyard to the rear of the house.

The main house has a large entrance room, a kitchen and a living room, with two bedrooms and the main bathroom off these rooms (one room on one side, the bathroom and the other room on the other side). There is also a staircase leading to a further three bedrooms, with each bedroom leading off the previous room (see the video to understand the layout better).

Ideal for those who want to get away from it all, or potentially for those wanting to run a retreat, as the owner is willing to sell all their land if required.
