Beautiful new single-storey or 2-storey villas with exclusive sea views in Polop.
Located in a Mediterranean living area where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of unique sites: the bay of Altea with its deep blue sea and the majestic mountains of Alicante with their peaks and vegetation.
This project of 2- and 3-bedroom villas in Polop has been designed to capture the essence of the Mediterranean, with outdoor spaces from the terraces of these villas, which also have large areas that invite you to enjoy the exceptional climate of the Costa Blanca and which you can personalise to your preferences.
The outdoor space, with its large terraces offering a large table and chairs, and the relaxation area, where you can lounge on a deckchair, are designed to make the most of the outdoors, with gardens, porches and a solarium in each villa.
However, most of these villas offer the option of adding a private swimming pool (with or without overflow, depending on the characteristics of the plot). Alternatively, those opting for a single-storey home can choose to install a jacuzzi on the solarium.
The layout of these villas is designed to provide everyday comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living-dining room which, through large bay windows, gives access to a large covered terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular sea views and admire magnificent sunsets. Then there are 2 or 3 bedrooms with fully equipped bathrooms.
All these villas are equipped with: double glazing, armoured and secure door, hot and cold air conditioning, as well as a parking space included in the price.
Polop is a municipality in the Valencian Community (Spain) in the northeast of the province of Alicante, in the Marina Baja region.
Under the Ancien Régime, Polop was a seigniory of the Crown of Aragon. Barons of Polop was how those who held the lordship were known. It was created by Jaime I of Aragon and granted to Doña Berenguela Alfonso de Castilla. The feud belonged to the House of Aragon until 1430 and to the Fajardo family until the early 19th century. The territory of this barony, nestled in the region of La Marina, stretches from the rivers Guadalest and Algar to the tip of Villajoyosa, via the beaches of Albir and Benidorm.
The most important geological features of the municipality are the Monte Ponoig mountain range and the ravines that flow to the east. Mount Ponoig (1181 m) is located to the west of Polop.
What's more, for golf lovers, there are renowned golf courses such as Villaitana Golf, which are less than 15 minutes away by car.
Also just a 5-minute drive away is one of Spain's largest sports complexes currently under construction: ‘Ciudad del Deporte La Nucia’, with the prestigious Ferrer Tennis Academy and Camilo Cano Olympic Stadium. This complex under development includes a football centre, Spain's main surf park with wave pools, accommodation for athletes and educational centres.
Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
