The plots: The villas are built on a wide selection of countryside plots in various locations close to the town of Pinoso (approx. 10 mins drive away). All plots are min. 10.000m2 (approx. 3 acres) with stunning views and situated just a short drive to the amenities in Pinoso. Land prices start from approx. 50,000€ for a 10.000m2 plot with water and mains electric. This is a guide "average" price however cheaper plots may be available depending on the kind of location you are looking for (especially if mains electric is not a requirement as solar electric is a popular alternative now) - a quote can be given for a fully working solar power system to be installed.

All villas are built to order meaning no two properties are the same. If the size of property you want is not advertised, the builder can construct the property based on your requirements and/or budget. Your property can be ready in approx 12 months from the date you sign the contract.

Running costs and the location

Most of the plots available are within 10-15 mins drive of Pinoso (El Pinós) which is a town that offers its residents all amenities required including supermarkets, shops, schools, 24 hrs medical centre, sports centre etc. Just 50 minutes drive to Alicante airport and beaches however you have the large town of Elda just 20 mins drive away which also offers a shopping centre, hospital and hypermarket.
