The plots: the villas are built on a wide selection of countryside plots in various locations close to the town of Pinoso (approximately 10 minutes’ drive). All plots are min. 10,000 m2 (approx. 3 acres) with stunning views and situated just a short drive to the amenities in Pinoso. Land prices start from approximately 50,000 € for a 10,000 m2 plot with water and mains electricity. This is a guide “average” price; cheaper plots may be available depending on the location you are looking for (especially if mains electricity is not a requirement, as solar electricity is a popular alternative now). A quote can be provided for a fully working solar power system to be installed.

All villas are built to order, meaning no two properties are the same. If the size of property you want is not advertised, the builder can construct the property based on your requirements and/or budget. Your property can be ready in just 12 months from the date you sign the contract.

Various extras are available: private swimming pools, solar panels, a recycling system that allows wastewater from the house to be used as irrigation in the garden, outside kitchen/BBQ and terracing (all at additional cost and dependent on requirements), landscaped garden, terraces, etc.
