DESCRIPTION

Finca Mariposa is accessed via approx. 1 km of well-maintained dirt track with parking for several vehicles as well as a garage/workshop.

A door from the parking area takes you into the first apartment which could be used as the owner's accommodation. Here we find a kitchen, with a log burning stove. Leading off from the kitchen is a roof terrace with panoramic views. A hallway from the kitchen takes you to the bedroom, bathroom and a lounge / second bedroom with a log burning stove and brick arched windows allowing the light to flood in and open up the stunning countryside views.

Back to the parking area, a pretty brick archway takes you onto a landing giving access to 4 more apartments which each have a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

A staircase takes you down to the ground floor giving access to:
Apartment nr 6 which has a living room / bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom and apartment nr 7 consisting of a living room, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a storage room. From the living room there is access to a private terrace with outdoor kitchen, fish pond and gardens with space to create a vegetable garden.

At the back of the property from the lower terrace there is access to the communal areas:
Professional kitchen, dining area, storage/utility room, lounge /TV room, covered terrace, large outside terrace and a toilet and BBQ area. From this terrace, steps take you down to a building which could be used as a stable or could be made into a yoga room or even another apartment. A country pathway continues down to the pool (4x10m) where there is a chill-out seating area, a sauna and a toilet/changing room facility. From here you can also enjoy the stunning mountain and countryside views!
