Very well established and popular restaurant in excellent location in Puerto Banus.

Puerto Banus is situated just west of Marbella and is known as a playground for the rich and famous. People travel from all over the world to visit the port and in summer it is exceptionally busy.

This lovely restaurant is situated in a fantastic and enviable position in Puerto Banus. It has some wonderful sea views and has a good size terrace that can be used all year round.

The terrace seats around 60 people and has toldos (awnings) all round, which are completely retractable so can be fully open in the summer and completely closed in the winter. The view from the terrace is possibly the best in the port.

As you enter the restaurant, there is lounge area with soft tables and chairs and a further staff seating area – this whole area could be utilised to offer another 20 covers.

There is a staff desk with computer and cash till.

The bar area is very large and has a granite top there is a glass washer, coffee machine and separate grinder, beer tap drinks fridges and chillers shelving for glasses and room for plenty of drinks bottles.

It has a fish display counter with chillers and tanks for live seafood.

The extensive kitchen is very well appointed indeed, it has stainless steel appliances, there is a large 6 burner hob and further 2 ring burner, ovens, bread oven, mixer, plancha (grill) pizza oven and pizza preparation area, a wok burner, microwaves, fridges and large extraction system. There is a separate wash area with sinks and dishwasher.

There is a large outside rear area which has cupboards and storerooms for stock and fridges, freezers and gas bottles etc.

This really is a good business, usually they employ 19 staff in the summer and 7-8 staff in the winter.

There is an annual renewable lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 9000€.
