This 10,146 m2 plot of land is located in the upper part of the village of Binissalem in an area known as Can Arabí, which is an area on the border of the wooded foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana in Mallorca and it offers picturesque views over the central part of the island of Mallorca. Building permit which was granted at the end of 2024, has a two-year deadline for construction, this time frame can be extended by making an application to the planning department of the town hall. The proposal for the project is for a property of 214m2. With an open plan living space on the ground floor and a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms both of them doubles both of them with their own en suite bathroom, the master bedroom has a private terrace. The lounge dining room on the lower floor both have access to a proposed covered dining area which would have views across the land and down towards the interior of the island. The present project doesn’t include an application for a swimming pool it would be possible however to add an above ground pool with a decked area to the terrace below the property as part of the landscaping of the terrace land sloping towards the road.
