Property Registry expenses: The registration will be charged according to the official schedule: Annex I, of Royal Decree 1427/1989, of November 17.
Management fees (Gestoría): The fees for administrative processing, tax settlements, and registration amount, approximately, to [363 € approx.] (VAT included), although it depends on each case and its difficulty.
Transfer Tax (ITP): The applicable tax rate will be the current rate in Andalusia (generally 7%, without prejudice to reduced rates of 6%, 3.5%, etc., applicable according to the buyer's personal circumstances or the characteristics of the property). The tax is levied on the higher of: 1) Reference value of the cadastre; and 2) Sale price.
