Description
From the street outside, this townhouse gives little indication of its spaciousness and all the bright rooms inside.

There is also an inner courtyard of approx. 60 m2, a terrace on the upper floor, and a roof terrace with a view over the Felanitx rooftops.
When entering the property, one goes straight into a living room with a large window and a spacious hallway, from here a staircase leads to the upper floor.
At the end of the hallway, is a fireplace and a large kitchen with a dining area and exit to the inner courtyard.

Felanitx is located in the east of Mallorca. The municipal area borders the Llevant region and is home to eight beaches. The port of Felanitx is in Portocolom, about 15 minutes away.
Felanitx offers wonderful historical and cultural treasures, breathtaking scenery and a family atmosphere.
The centre of the city is the large market square, surrounded by cafes and small shops.
Behind it rises the imposing town church, which is framed by many small stalls on market days.
The town of Felanitx was only founded by the Moors in the 11th century. The numerous windmills (no longer functional) that were built on a rocky ridge above the village and used to produce flour can be seen from afar. Mallorcan capers, apricots and almonds are important agricultural products today.
Felanitx was the first wine-growing region on Mallorca. Today around 75% of Majorcan white wine comes from the area around Felanitx.
Just outside the village, a serpentine road and a hiking trail lead to the more than 500 meter high Puig de Sant Salvador with its pilgrimage church and former monastery. Impressive and visible from afar is the Christo Rei statue, as well as a large stone cross on the Puig des Milá just below the monastery.
From up here you have a panoramic view over the coast to the nature reserve of the island of Cabrera.
The airport of Palma can be reached in about 40 minutes via the new expressway from Campos to Llucmajor.
