Finally, the section of this avenue that should have been built on account of the A12 was built thanks to external funds, and is already open in the indicated section, although it will have to be completed with sidewalks and street furniture. The directly adjoining area is low-density urban residential land with a medium degree of consolidation and a sufficient level of facilities. There is still land available for both multi-family and single-family housing in similar, better and worse locations. The typology foreseen in the execution unit is single-family detached semi-detached or grouped in rows, which is a type of single-family dwelling that is an existing typology in the municipality and in the maritime district, with good demand.
