Also, from Valtocado you can go in the opposite direction to Mijas Pueblo and connect to the highway at Alhaurín. So, although we enjoy nature and the countryside in its purest form, we are never too far from anywhere.

For golf lovers, the nearest golf course is Alhaurín Golf; and not far away there are others such as Lauro Golf, Mijas Golf, La Cala Resort, Santana, and El Chaparral, to name just a few.

Shopping is also not a problem, as there are many small boutiques and nice shops in Mijas Pueblo, or, alternatively, you can head back down to the coast again to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, or Marbella.
