Access, entrance and parking

Access to the finca is smooth and almost entirely on a paved road, only the last 200m are on a country road.

Through the electric gate you drive to the carport where you can park 2 to 3 cars under cover.

Layout

The 250-year-old main house has a total area of 284 m2 and is divided into a ground floor and an upper floor.

The entire property has been completely renovated in recent times, with great emphasis on preserving its original character. Thus, the charm of a traditional Spanish country house has been fully preserved.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is centrally located in the house, separated from the living room. In addition, there is the guest toilet. The spacious living room with fireplace opens to the covered veranda. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The internal staircase leads us to the upper floor where we find 2 bedrooms and an extra room.

The beautiful finca is located in the valley of Benimussa, one of the most beautiful areas of Ibiza.
