La Carihuela is a popular destination for holiday makers and local residents. The beach is just a stones throw away and there are number of other bars, restaurants cafes, shops and offices nearby. There are many apartments which are used by both full time residents and as holiday lets. In additional there are a number of large hotels nearby making this a very busy area.

Currently a very well-known restaurant with many local regular customers, this successful business has an excellent reputation.

It is situated on the main road running through La Carihuela and is in a highly visible corner position, It is finished with traditional wood fittings and is the business could continue as is or run as a sports bar or traditional pub etc.

There are two sets of double doors opening into the bar which in total is around 280m2.

The bar itself is L shaped and is constructed form timber. It has a timber, mirror backed shelving for bottles and glasses, there is a cash till, beer taps, drinks fridges, a sink, a glass washer and down lighters.

There are 10 bar stools and tables and chairs seating around 50 people. There is a separate raised VIP area with seating for 6 or 8 people.

The kitchen is of a good size and is in three sections, there is a wash area with sink and dishwasher, a store area with fridges, freezers and shelving and the main cooking area which is fitted with stainless steel appliances including, 3 burner range cooker, 2 twin deep fat fryers, plancha, microwave oven, preparation area, shelving and large extractor.

The terrace is a good size being around 70m2 and has tables and chairs for around 60 people. It is south facing and has toldos (canopies) all round making it fully usable in the winter and it can be completely open in the summer.

There will be a new lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 1200€ plus iva.
