Calella de Palafrugell is a fishing village on the Costa Brava, in the Baix Empordà, province of Girona. It is a village that belongs to the municipality of Palafrugell. In the 19th century, the bourgeoisie of Girona began to build their summer residences here.

Calella de Palafrugell is not only famous for its coves with crystal-clear water and coarse sand, but also for its Habaneras singing event, held every year on the first Saturday of July. One of the interesting visits that can be made around Calella de Palafrugell is the Cap Roig Botanical Garden, which hosts the music festival held every summer.
