Followed by this room we find the next room which we access through an arch with columns (conservator element) composed of a large and bright living-dining room with a bathroom and a storage room. From this room we can access the wonderful outdoor interior patio covered with a canopy, fully arranged to enjoy the magnificent summer afternoons. At the end of the corridor you reach the final part of the hotel, on the right is a room for the use of laundry, kitchen-office, the elevator shaft, another storage room and on the left there are other stairs by which you can access the upper floor and the second access to the building from the little square.
If we access the upper floor via the stairs of the main entrance, we find a living room that places us on the right with 4 night rooms, two on each side of the corridor. To the left of the central room, a long corridor surprises us with its large windows that overlook the interior patio, providing brightness and ventilation to the entire space, where we can find another 3 night rooms. At the end of the corridor are the stairs that give access to the attic where we have a meeting room, a single room, two bathrooms, a room with many beds to accommodate a large family, and a large outdoor terrace.
The hotel has 15 rooms in total, which bear the names of different very well-known Cartaya landscapes. All are decorated in different styles, though always simply and functionally. They have beds restored from the 19th century, a full bathroom, TV, air conditioning, sound and cold insulating windows, Wi-Fi and background music.
The building is delivered fully furnished only in antiques along with its conservative architecture since the building has great historical and economic value.
The building itself does not have private parking space; the owner has a parcel near the hotel that is designated as a parking area for its customers and that is also for sale if desired you can inquire about it.
