We are offering for sale two newly built semi-detached houses in the Roncal Valley, in Urzainqui. The Roncal Valley is a mountainous area of the Navarre Pyrenees, in northeastern Navarre, known for its nature, history, and traditions. It consists of seven towns, among them Urzainqui, Roncal, Isaba, and Burgui. It is an ideal destination for hiking and other outdoor activities, such as cycling (BTT and enduro), climbing, paragliding, kayaking, and skiing. The valley also features Navarre’s only glacial valley in the Belagua area, with a spectacular viewpoint.

You can also visit the Foz de Burgui and the Belabarce Waterfall. The valley has the Starlight Tourist Destination certificate due to its low light pollution, making it an ideal place to observe the stars. The Esca River runs through the valley, and among its attractions are lacha sheep cheese, the Casa-Museo Julián Gayarre, and the Belagua glacial-origin valley.

As for Urzainqui, its appearance has been shaped by forestry activity, and its layout revolves around an old river dock. Regarding delivery of the semi-detached houses, it is expected to be before summer 2026. The houses have 3 floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage area, or if you prefer, a cozy txoco, as well as a boiler room with space for use as a storage room.
