We are selling two new build semi-detached chalets in the Roncal Valley, in Urzainqui. The Roncal Valley is a mountainous area of the Navarre Pyrenees, in the northeast of Navarre, known for its nature, history and traditions. It is made up of seven villages, including Urzainqui, Roncal, Isaba and Burgui. It is an ideal destination for hiking and other outdoor activities, such as cycling (MTB and enduro), climbing, paragliding, canoeing and skiing. The valley has the only glacier valley in Navarre in the Belagua area, with a spectacular viewpoint. You can also visit the Foz de Burgui and the Belabarce Waterfall. The valley has the Starlight Tourist Destination certification for its low light pollution, which makes it an ideal place for stargazing. The Esca River runs through the valley and among its attractions are Lacha sheep cheese, the Julián Gayarre House-Museum and the Belagua glacier-origin valley. Regarding Urzainqui, its appearance has been shaped by forestry exploitation and its layout centers around an old river dock. As for the delivery of the townhouses, it is expected to be before summer 2026. It consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor we find a garage area, or if you prefer it can be a cozy shed (txoko), and a boiler room with space as a storage room.
