Undeveloped Land for sale in Pinoso, Alicante

Beautiful plot of 11,321 m², planted with almond trees. This plot meets one of the key requirements for obtaining building permission: a minimum plot size of 10,000 m².

The land is fully located within the so-called "Patricova zone," which means it is in an area classified by the authorities as potentially prone to flooding.

To obtain a building licence, an architect can carry out an "estudio de inundabilidad" (flood risk study). This study assesses any possible water flow or mild run-off areas on the land. With this information, the municipality can be shown which parts of the plot are safe for construction.

Thanks to these studies, other new-build homes in the area have already been approved and built.

The location is peaceful and offers stunning 360-degree views of the mountains and surrounding landscape.

Water and electricity connections are available in the area, although it is advisable to have this confirmed in advance by the relevant providers.
