Villa for sale in Dénia, Alicante

A Mediterranean villa is for sale in the exclusive Florida area of Denia. Las Rotas beaches are just a stone's throw away.

The villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase that leads from the enclosed terrace (naya) to the ground floor living room. The semi-open kitchen features granite countertops that open onto the living room, forming a breakfast bar. The living room is flooded with natural light thanks to windows on three sides. A large picture window offers direct views of the sea, framing the incredible vista. A wood-burning stove is located in the living room. From the living room, you can see the ferries coming and going from Denia and Ibiza, as well as the pleasure boats.

The house has 192 m2 of living space and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each floor has its own living room.

The house sits on a private plot that is distributed over several levels, offering distinct areas. The upper level features a large south-facing terrace, perfect for winter dining. From this terrace, there is a good-sized utility room and a large covered area with a bioclimatic pergola. There is also a bar area with a covered bar/barbecue room, again offering stunning sea views. A few steps further down leads to the pool area with its sun terrace. Further into the garden are lawns, a vegetable garden, and a double garage. There is ample additional storage space beneath the house, accessed via a full-size door on the side.

Note: There are many steps to reach the house, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. However, the reward is some of the best views in Denia. The house is rented until February 2027.
