Villa for sale in La Granadella - Costa Nova, Javea / Xàbia, Alicante

Surrounded by woodland, this spacious villa is in the Costa Nova area of Javea.

This is a fabulous villa for both outside and inside living. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private pool, and a summer kitchen/poolside bar with a pool table. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Gas central heating and a log burner.

The open-plan lounge and dining room has sliding doors that lead to a large covered naya or patio where you can dine al fresco or chill out on the sofas.

There is air conditioning in the lounge. A large modern kitchen is well equipped with all appliances.

The master bedroom is spacious, with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The other two bedrooms are good sizes, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ample wardrobes, and there are two more bathrooms to serve these bedrooms.

The villa is arranged on a single level, so it is ideal for young children or those with disabilities (although there are just 2 or 3 steps at the entrance).

Next to the pool, there is an extra terrace with a covered bar/summer kitchen and an extra outside dining area.
