A simply adorable, stone built cottage, dating from the 1930s to 1950s, on its own, in glorious countryside, just waiting to be renovated.

When one arrives at Casa Primavera, immediately one has a feel for how this lovely country cottage may have once been – there are flowers in its overgrown garden, an old bread oven in the rear courtyard, high ceilings and wooden shuttered windows – animal toughs for the donkeys – a little piece of paradise! It is a shame to see it in its current stage, but perhaps, for some adventurous soul, out there, this home is for you!

The track leads to a parking area for 2 or 3 cars, and a few paces along the track, steps, half hidden in the tangled overgrown banks, lead up to the front garden. The views are lovely, 360 degrees all around the house, of the countryside, especially the fruit and mango tree orchards all around. There is a wooden pergola to the front which could be restored to make a lovely shaded area in the garden if required. The plot consists mainly of a large garden to the front of the house and a rear courtyard patio, although you can walk all the way around the house on the plot.

The front door leads into the house, consisting of two large areas with high ceilings. To the front, an area of 8 x 3m, (interior measurements) and the same to the rear (see floorplan). The house needs total renovation and possibly whole areas would need to be rebuilt. It would not be possible to pull it down and rebuild due to the need to be careful with local building restrictions. This is a beautiful project that would be best tackled by someone used to building, who might maybe stay on site in a caravan and work on the house gradually.
