Within these areas you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants (a wide and varied selection of international cuisine is available), banks, the town hall (doctor and dentist).

There is an excellent street market held every Saturday where you can buy just about anything. It claims to be one of the biggest and best on the whole of the Costa Blanca.

Approximately 20 minutes walk (a few minutes by car) from the villa are two lovely beaches. A third beach just along the coast at La Zenia offers water sports during high season (jet ski, banana boat and pedaloes).

Sport on land is also readily available with bike hire (a local company offers free delivery and collection) and go karts. The go karts area also has quad bikes, houses a cafe and offers a free service for picking up customers from within the Playa Flamenca area.

Golfers are spoilt for choice as they have the option of three 18-hole golf courses within 10 minutes drive of the villa. Another superb course, La Finca, is within 20 minutes drive and the world-famous La Manga golf complex is only 45 minutes drive south.

For the ladies, beauty and nail treatments are available within a 5 minute drive at Eduardo’s de la Finca.
