Parking is plentiful, with space outside for many cars. There is a well, plus a plot of land with a gate up into the hills and national park behind, so hill walking or climbing is perfect from here. There is also a small pathway here to the house.
Water is on mains supply from a reservoir. There is a big deposit tank under the driveway for storage. Electricity is from Iberdrola and is shared just by the ten houses here, so there should be no problem with a bigger supply if needed.
