Finca Palmeras is an extraordinary property with an incredible amount of charm, attention to design, creativity, and the connection between the garden and outdoor areas with the living space. The 3,600 m² garden leaves nothing to be desired. Various areas offer relaxation, whether you are seeking shade or sun. There is a palm-lined parking area in front of the main house. Here you will find the first terrace with adjustable louvered shading that can be opened and closed electrically. Nearby, there are additional seating areas and hammocks among orange and pomegranate trees.

Entering the house via the terrace, you find yourself in the large, open, and very modern kitchen with dining and living area. The large glass doors to the terrace and the many windows flood the space with light, which can be shaded using shutters, so-called "Mallorquina." A pellet stove heats the space in winter.
