The furnished studio apartment offers approximately 36 m² of living space and features a spacious 9 m² balcony, inviting relaxation. It is located on the 6th floor and easily accessible by elevator.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the kitchenette includes a cooktop and a refrigerator. The bedroom has a double bed. Additionally, there is a cozy seating area with armchairs.

The Playa del Inglés beach and the adjacent promenade are only 500 meters away and therefore easily accessible.

Miscellaneous:
The studio as well as the entire hotel complex are currently in operation for tourism. As the new owner, you have the opportunity to coordinate free days for personal use with the hotel company. This allows you to use the studio up to 30 days per year (not consecutively), with short-term prior notice, preferably during the off-season.

During this time, you will have access to hotel services including cleaning of the studio and breakfast, as well as the large heated pool (heated in winter) with sun loungers, the FKK terrace, the fitness center, and the reception. This is included for a small daily flat rate of EUR40 for 2 persons.

The agreed rent will continue to be paid even during your private use of the studio.
