All houses include:
- 2m stamped concrete terrace around the pool (colour and pattern to choose)
- 1m around the house, gated entrance, 3000m2 fencing
- pre-installed ducted aircon
- standard kitchen, security door
- german tilt and turn windows (or sliding if preferred)
- built-in fireplace and chimney
- pre-installation for tv and internet
- gravel driveway plus a few meters around the house
- septic tank
Bathrooms include shower column, shower tray or bath, sink units (various colours to choose from) with sinks, taps and mirrors, plus a selection of wall tiles and ceramic floor tiles in different colours and wood effects.
Kitchens include cabinets with standard doors and handles (as per plans provided), stainless steel sink and tap, pre-installation for oven, dishwasher and extractor, and various granite worktops included in the budget. Other stone worktops are available for an extra cost. White goods not included.
Extras and finishes include marble staircase (cream or grey) and railings, plus railings for the front porch, a big fixed glass window on the staircase for extra light, and choices of tiles and steps design for the swimming pool. Choices are also available for granite for the houses' exterior steps and window sills.
Insulation: 10cm all around, designed to guarantee at least an energy certificate B rating, with A in most cases (depending on house size and design). Energy certificate: A (best around).
Plot and utilities information:
- Different legal building plots are available (some walking distance to town, others totally private); many are within 5-10 minutes' drive to a town.
- Plots available with mains water and electric included in the price, plus high speed internet.
- Minimum plot size to be able to build on: 10,000sqm.

Country residences are customised for each client's personal tastes. The model shown in these pictures has an additional 30sqm guest house, and the clients added a bbq & summer kitchen later on.
The template villa offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large lounge with fireplace, a kitchen with utility and a large covered porch, plus terraces off two bedrooms offering views over vineyards or orchards. It also comes pre-installed for ducted cooling and heating with ac to all rooms.

Building plots may be reserved for only €10,000.
Stage payments are available with a 30% initial down payment (of the build cost without counting the land value), with the option to buy the plot at this stage to put it in your name. Further payments can be tailored for preferences, normally two more 30% payments and a final 10% payment on completion.
First stage payment includes full architects project, 3d plans, building licences, fencing, foundations and concrete structure finished.
Options for self-sufficient living (new build villas already come with mains electricity and water):
