Water is collected through a small gallery 1 m high by 0.5 m wide. From there, a five-centimeter diameter plastic pipe runs by gravity and, at about 10 m away, it splits into two metal pipes: one of 1' and one of 2 ½'.

The 1' pipe supplies water to all the estates. When there is no water consumption, the 1' pipe has a shut-off system made up of valves, which cause the water to exit through an overflow weir located at the beginning of the intake, sending the excess water to a small dam next to the Ermita Fuente de la Salud, and the rest to a reservoir located about 50 m downstream, used to irrigate the estates.

Regarding the water's potability, periodic tests are carried out, ensuring that it is suitable for human consumption.

- It has a planting of 180 olive trees, which are currently 5 years old.

- The entire perimeter is fully fenced with galvanized posts and wire mesh. The posts are anchored in a foundation 90 cm deep and, above ground, another 90 cm.
