Facilities
The house is connected to electricity and water. Most windows are fitted with screens and traditional rejas (ornamental window bars). The main house has central heating (oil), the casita and apartments have air conditioning for cooling and heating. In 2024, 12 solar panels were installed.

Location
The property is part of a small hamlet called ‘Casas de los Frailes’ and is completely privately located, but with a few houses nearby. In Abanilla and nearby Pinoso all daily amenities are available, such as supermarkets, schools, medical center, sports facilities and a wide selection of restaurants. The area offers many walking, hiking and cycling routes and is surrounded by almond, olive and vineyards. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a perfect balance between traditional Spanish culture, beautiful nature and modern amenities — all in a wonderful Mediterranean climate.
