Access is via a tree-lined driveway leading to the house surrounded by mature, well-planted gardens. There are two wooden cabins in the gardens plus a third attached to the house for storage.

You enter through a large enclosed terrace / summer room with big windows opening to the terrace and pool area, offering sun and shade all year round. From there, a generous hallway leads to the living room with a wood burning stove. Doors lead to the bedrooms and bathroom, and to the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has two interconnecting rooms, suitable as a home office, children’s room, or large dressing area. Bedroom 2 has two interconnecting areas, with space suitable for a dressing room plus a big bedroom with an original open fireplace and air conditioning unit. Bedroom 3 is a single room with built-in wardrobe space, leading on from the first room. Off the living room is a large bathroom with toilet, large sink, and walk-in shower.

From the living room, a door leads to a very large kitchen / dining room with a fully built-in rustic style kitchen, air conditioning unit, and a huge wood burning stove with oven. There is also a large glass door leading to a further 4th bedroom or storage room (currently used as a large pantry).

Outside, there is a separate casita with a kitchen / living room and a 5th bedroom. There is currently no bathroom, but one can be added to the rear where there is a perfect covered space.

There are two entrances to the property for vehicle access. The gardens include an orchard area with various fruit trees. At the bottom of the garden there is an area with animal shelters for chickens, rabbits, ducks, goats, etc., plus a 40 m² polytunnel for growing vegetables. The property also has 250 olive trees in three areas, producing over 100 litres of oil last year.

The house was built in 1995 and has been well maintained, although the central heating boiler and air conditioning units require a full service. There are lovely views of the Sax castle from the rear of the house. The town is about a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. Alicante airport, the city, and beaches are about a 30 minute drive.
