The property is transferred leased to a third party and with a possible right of the latter to preferential purchase of the same. The property will be transferred as a whole, inseparable, in its registral and cadastral status and in its physical condition, qualities, and urban and administrative situation in which it currently finds itself.

The Property will not be responsible for the tenant’s solvency or for the conditions of the lease agreement.

The occupancy status and/or any impediments preventing the property from being freely visited by the technicians would prevent an official appraisal and, while the occupancy situation persists, an energy efficiency certificate may not be obtainable. In the event that the deposits or guarantees established under the lease agreement have not been recorded, the purchaser will exempt the Property from the delivery of those deposits and/or guarantees.

The sale price has been determined taking these circumstances into account and must be expressly accepted by the purchaser at the time of formalizing the property transfer.
