The Main House: Luxury, space and character
The main house exudes character and has been finished to a high standard with great attention to detail.
The entrance: You enter the property via a charming, typically Spanish courtyard (patio). There is also a practical, enclosed utility room here.
Ground Floor: Through the entrance hall/office area, you step into the enormous, modern open-plan kitchen. A dream for cooking enthusiasts, fully equipped with every conceivable built-in appliance, a double American-style fridge and a generous breakfast island. Also on this side is a handy, compact bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet.

Apartment 3 (Ground floor & First floor – approx. 120 m²): This spacious apartment features two large double bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The highlight is the enormous roof terrace with a barbecue, where guests can dine in complete privacy whilst enjoying spectacular views.

The grounds feature a spacious car park with ample space for several vehicles.

Finally, the perfect location makes this the ideal base from which to explore Andalusia: just a 20-minute drive from the Autovía (motorway). Málaga, Granada and Córdoba can be reached within an hour and a half, whilst the airports in both Málaga and Granada are just under an hour away. Iznájar, with its reservoir and various water sports, is 15 minutes away. There are a number of lovely restaurants in the area, one of which is within walking distance. A supermarket, chemist's and GP surgery are approximately 20 minutes away.
