It is located in Dúrcal, a charming town to the south of Granada. Inside, the building has a rural style that has been refreshed, complemented by carefully made handcrafted décor that includes various wooden details, original brick pillars, and a marble countertop. The main windows and doors are made of solid pine wood with double glazing and water-based varnish for outdoor use.

When you enter the house, you’ll find a fully equipped living-room–kitchen, with a dining area and direct access to a patio of almost 70 square meters with lawn, a well-kept variety of plants, and an outdoor seating area along with a barbecue for family time. It also has a high-power biomass stove with three hot-air outlets (living room, master bedroom, and the upstairs landing/pass hallway). On going up to the first floor, we discover a spacious bathroom with a double-sink vanity made with wood. Along the hallway, there are three very bright double bedrooms; one of them has a balcony facing the patio and a dressing area.

El Valle de Lecrín is a unique place located 25 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra, 25 minutes from the beach, and 60 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski station. An absolutely wonderful setting located to the southwest of Sierra Nevada, known for the impressive contrast between the green of the mountains and the thousands of orange trees in the valley. A blanket of intense orange that fills the valley, bringing an exquisite scent of orange blossom to its small towns, known as the white towns.
